Properly negotiating budgets and having a handle on your study receivables will directly result in increased profit margins at your site.  During this Lunch and Learn session, Christian Burns, President of ClinEdge and Vice President of BTC, will discuss the best strategies that you can utilize to effectively maximize your study financials.  He will discuss everything from how to negotiate the best budgets to how to most effectively track your study financials and when renegotiations are appropriate.  Finally, we will discuss a few lessons learned by reviewing real world case studies that illustrate these strategies.
